Admission

  • Reception of any person at the end of their life whose prognosis is less than 3 months.

  • No criteria related to the type of diagnosis or cultural, social or gender origin.

  • Priority given to people living in Outaouais, with possibility of admission for those whose relatives live in Outaouais.

Costs

  • Free accommodation, care and meals.

  • Medications and personal effects at the resident's expense.

During the stay

  • Flexible schedule: visits and meals without time constraints.

  • Services tailored to individual needs.

  • Access to common areas: dining room, terrace, gazebo, family lounge.

  • Accommodation possible for relatives.

  • Pets allowed.

Personalized support

  • Emotional, spiritual and human support according to the needs of each resident and their loved ones.

  • Attentive presence of the team, before, during and after the stay.

Admission procedure

  1. Application completed by a healthcare professional.

  2. Evaluation of the file by our team.

  3. Registration on the waiting list if necessary.

  4. Confirmation of admission and organization of arrival.

To bring

  • Clothing and personal effects (hygiene, comfort, etc.).

  • Personal medication.
